3 Story villa located in Ocean Club Estates, Paradise Island’s most exclusive gated communities. Located on the golf course at Hole #2, with ocean and golf course views this house was built fully hurricane and fire proof. The building method used also allows for great insulation thereby reducing cooling costs.

Windows and French doors were all custom made in Italy, of a solid aluminum structure with impact resistant glass to Florida hurricane proof regulations (reduces noise by 33 db from outside noise and heat). The window and French door handles are brass Pasini Italian handles and hinges with multipoint locking mechanisms.

The floors are all hand inlayed in wood and coral stone, wood paneling and closets custom built on site. Woods used are Brazilian Walnut Cortez, Guapinol Cherry Wood, Ipe Wood and Green Hart. The railings are all custom made from iron.

The swimming pool tiling is hand painted by artist Sergio Furnari, and the pool deck is of natural stone hand chipped from the mountains in Central America.

The landscaped gardens are full of plants that are native to the Bahamas and the port cochere is free standing.
