Her professional designations include: GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). She earned the exclusive Fine Homes Specialist designation through Prudential Real Estate, and accrued dozens of awards for her high sales production levels within the Prudential and Berkshire Hathaway nationwide networks.

Marie’s clients appreciate her honest feedback, eye for design, and willingness to make upfront investments that result in sales. Marie is a past president of the Portland Board of Realtors and the Maine Real Estate Information System (governing body of the MLS), and was honored by her peers as Realtor of the Year in 2002. She was the 2015 President of the Maine Association of Realtors, and still actively serves the organization.

Flaherty is the designated Broker of The Flaherty Group, and an active listing and buyer agent.

Over the years, Tim has earned a loyal following for both his integrity and his deep knowledge of home construction and land use. In addition to listing and selling residential property, Tim has developed several neighborhoods in the greater Portland area, including Brydon Farm and Wildwood in Westbrook, Olde Birch Lane in Portland, Stonebrooke in Scarborough, and Bowdoin Drive in Falmouth. He also offers consulting services for outside developers.

Tim graduated from Portland High School in 1974 and studied real estate at the University of Southern Maine.

Flaherty has been providing real estate services to the Greater Portland Cumberland County area since 1986. He is a lifelong Portland resident and a graduate of Portland High School (Class of 1976), after which he attended a 4-year program at S.M.V.T.I., and has taken extensive real estate continuing education courses.

Mike specializes in waterfront residential properties, new construction, income properties, and land sales, representing buyers and sellers. He is committed to providing the highest level of customer service in order for his clients to make fully informed decisions, and to providing complete customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.

Abbey was born and raised in Portland. She went away to Halifax, Nova Scotia to get her Bachelors and worked in Washington DC for the last few years, but like a boomerang she had to come back to Portland.

Maryea entered the real estate business in 2004, inspired by a love of architecture. To her surprise, though, it wasn’t just the homes that made her love this job – it was the people.
